I developed a comprehensive set of content and assets to support our team members in generating referrals through their personal networks. This includes creating a SharePoint site where team members can easily access and customize social media graphics and content. The goal was to provide our team with ready-to-use resources that would empower them to be effective ambassadors for the company. The SharePoint site is regularly updated with new content, ensuring our team members always have fresh materials to work with. By making it simple for our team to leverage their connections, we drove valuable referrals that helped to grow the business.
